GUARANTEE
Customers may obtain within the first 365 days of purchasing any of our products except for land in our virtual worlds and its related services for any reason by emailing us at billing@imperialestates.biz. Refunds will be provided by online means (such as, ccbill.com) or by personal check. The Imperial Realm reserves the right to ask our customers for feedback about the reason for refunding for the purpose of improving future editions of the program or service.

MISCELLANEOUS
